Matrixx Advisory Model

Matrixx Advisory is focused on three principal audience in the enterprise: the Chief Executive Officer (CEO); the Chief Strategy Officer (CStraO) and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the next tier of management reporting to the C-Level. Advisory services are delivered via a simple pricing model consisting of a retainer and a fixed daily advisor fee.

To determine the retainer component, we begin by holding extensive discussions with your C-Level and Senior Management followed by evaluation of your business goals. We then apply our model and experience to ascertain a preliminary perspective on where we believe you should be. With that “as is” and “as will be” hypothesis, we propose an approach and an execution time table. In that proposal, we will assign an up-front retainer fee that varies on case-by-cases basis as is due upon signing the proposal. We also charge a daily fee of $2000 per advisor assigned to your case for the duration delineated in the proposal.

Matrixx Advisory primarily focuses on the high-technology sector and we accept no more than 10 cases annually. Every case accepted is personally looked after by Kevin Curtis although a day-to-day case advisor is assigned to your organization. We are located in the intellectual capital of the country, Boston. As such, we benefit from access to a rich pool of extremely qualified local resources which we carefully assign to you no matter where you are located.
